CCSA, A-Solar and WFAN Explore Innovation Partnership with Science and Technology Ministry

The Centre for Climate-Smart Agriculture (CCSA), Cosmopolitan University Abuja, led by its CEO, Dr Rislan Kanya, visited the Honourable Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation of Nigeria to explore potential collaborations and innovative solutions in climate-smart agriculture, renewable energy and agricultural technology.
The delegation included CCSA’s major partner, A-Solar, represented by its Chairman, Mr Hakeem Shagaya, and the Wheat Farmers Association of Nigeria (WFAN), represented by its President, Alhaji Musa Sheka.
Also part of the delegation was the Special Adviser to the President on Culture and Creative Economy, Ms Moriam Ajaga, with whom CCSA is partnering to integrate culture and creative content into agricultural practices through the CCSA FarmTV initiative.
The engagement highlighted the importance of bringing together government, research institutions, the private sector, farmers and the creative industry to drive innovation and sustainable development in Nigeria’s agricultural sector.
